Logan Fahey

Logan Fahey

Chief Executive Officer

Logan is an experienced business professional, entrepreneur, and consultant with proven success across multiple industries. He is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of Fahey Group currently focuses his time on leading Robin Autopilot’s operations throughout the US and Canada with a focus developing national partnerships to advance Robotics as a Service.

Logan began his career at Prudential Financial but quickly realized his true passion was in entrepreneurship and turnarounds and successfully launched his first venture at True North where he served as the Interim Executive Director and then joined the Dalton Foundation.
During his tenure with the foundation, Logan launched several enterprises (including New Vista Properties), helped develop an online platform known as, and assisted in the launch of New Vista Consulting and New Vista Ventures.

Logan left the Dalton Foundation three years ago to form and lead Fahey Group which has acquired and completed corporate turnarounds for three distressed companies to date.

Logan was recently honored with being named to the Crain’s 20 in their 20’s 2020 ranking and somehow manages to find time to remain active in the community by serving on the boards of several philanthropic foundations and to continuously find new challenges to keep his Robin and Fahey Groups management teams on their toes.

Sarah Gasch

Sarah Gasch

Chief Financial and Operations Officer

Sarah has more than 20 years of broad financial and management experience with both public and private companies. She graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and began her career in public accounting.

Sarah soon learned that she was intrigued with all aspects of managing a business and left public accounting to focus on a career in industry. While in industry, Sarah has been responsible for a variety of corporate functions including finance, accounting, treasury, strategy, human resources, information technology, operations, corporate governance and engineering (although numbers remain her true love).

She has led finance and operations teams for both start-up and established public companies, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer for a newly-listed renewable energy company with biodiesel, biomass, and wind projects and Chief Executive Officer for an oilfield technology start-up with an oil reclamation project on the North Slope of Alaska. Sarah particularly enjoys working with start-up organizations because they require close interaction and involvement with all aspects of the business.

Outside of work, Sarah tries (and usually fails) to keep up with her husband, son, and daughter along with a small zoo. She has officially turned into her parents and enjoys gardening and watching HGTV in her spare time.

David Melbourne

David Melbourne

Vice President of Product Engineering

David has more spent more than 40 years in electrical engineering and designed and patented his first commercial product in 2004 (which is still being sold today). David began his career as an apprentice on the very first microprocessor-based Word processors in the UK while attending (the now) University of Bedfordshire where he studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering. David then moved to the United States where he helped train the first wave of technicians to repair personal and business computers for Tandy Corporation.

During his career, David has worked on large industrial machines, vehicles and just about everything in between. He also designed and co-authored the very first FAA Part 141 approved computerized pilot exams in 1986.

David joined the Robin team in February 2017 to design an access door for the new robot mowers, and has been granted three patents related to his inventions and has several more in process.

When David is not dreaming about new ways to make robotic mowing more user-friendly, he enjoys piloting private planes and playing keyboard for his church. David has two children and is married to a very patient wife who tolerates his never-ending R&D in her home.

Garrett Baker

Garrett Baker

Vice President of Training and Support

Garrett has 17 years of building and managing retail stores and dealerships, including 3 which have been with a Robot as a Service business in Lubbock, Texas.

Garrett spent 10 years as a key member of the management team at Family Powersports, during which the group acquired 6 stores and grew to be one of the top dealership groups in the United States.

Following the sale of Family Powersports, Garrett spent 7 years in the Specialty Outdoor industry and built a large retail store called Happy Trails Outdoor Goods & More from the ground up. Happy Trails was selected as one of top outdoor stores in the US by [ ] in 2015 and was sold in 2017.

After the sale of Happy Trails, Garrett became one of the original Robin Autopilot franchisees with a location in Lubbock, Texas. He began writing operations manuals and best practices for running a robot as a service company and spends his days wrestling with challenging installation solutions and rebellious robots.

Matthew Sekelick

Matthew Sekelick

Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Matt brings more than 30 years of sales, marketing, and procurement experience in the consumer home products industry, including both global and domestic responsibilities.

During his career Matt served in leadership positions with GE, Whirlpool, Haier, Hisense, Ecovacs Robotics, Friendly Robotics, and MTD Products, Inc. In these positions Matt was often responsible for breaking into new markets, both from a product and geographic perspective, including GE and Whirlpool's entry into Greater China and HIsense's entry into the US market.

His recent experience is focused on accelerating the adoption of robotic home products which is perfectly aligned with Robin’s mission to increase robotic mower use in North America.

Matt is married with 4 children, three of which (triplets!) are Juniors in college, and one of which recently started her career with Ernst & Young and is thankfully off his payroll.

Ruyi Ren

Ruyi Ren

Vice President Software Engineering

Ruyi has 7 years of engineering and product leadership in the e-commerce and technology industries. During his career he has been responsible for a wide array of technology needs, including software engineering, data engineering, system architecture, cyber security, artificial intelligence, and product management.

His experience includes serving as technology leader at Scout & Cellar, a wine e-commerce company in Texas, Trendalytics, an analytics platform provider in New York, and Zuri Furniture, a Texas based furniture retailer.

When he is not slinging code, Ruyi enjoys being a serial entrepreneur and has co-founded a number of companies in the retail, artificial intelligence, and real estate space.

Matthew Sekelick

Ross Melbourne

Investor and Board Member

Ross has more than 36 years of experience in the computer industry and has served in roles ranging from computer technician to programmer to CTO. Ross co-founded Acquire, a workforce planning and analytics software startup, with his wife Lois, and he was the original creator and programmer for Acquire’s OrgPublisher which is the most popular automated organization chart software in the world.

During this time Ross was granted US patent 12/893,890 which applies AI to automatically generate employment career movement analytics from computer-generated analytics comparing the historical organization charts of a company. He and Lois were able to grow Acquire to 85 employees without any outside investors, and they completed a successful exit as the sole owners in 2011. Following the sale of his company, Ross formed and serves as Partner at Melbourne Investments, a group focused on angel investments and mentoring start-ups.

Ross became involved with Robin Autopilot back in 2017 due to his keen interest in robotic mowing and his belief that it will be a complete game changer in a $70 billion lawn care industry. Ross lives in Southlake, Texas but was born in the UK. He speaks fluent British and is learning American.

Morris Baker

Investor and Board Member

Morris is a pioneer of the powersports industry. He is a true success story, as he started his career on the showroom of a dealership and went on to own a group of six dealerships that became one of the highest volume networks in the nation.

With an average of 150 employees in his dealerships, his leadership style carved the path for many of these employees to become successful managers in the industry. His dealership has been honored as a Top Ten Dealership in Dealer News, and he has served in various leadership positions in the powersports industry, including President of the Texas Motorcycles Dealer Association and a member of the American Honda Product Design Board.

Bart Lomont

Special Advisor to the Board

Bart is a military veteran, entrepreneur, and an original co-founder of Robin Technologies (the predecessor to Robin Autopilot). Bart served in the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2012 and achieved the rank of Captain during his service. His tours of duty included a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Bart graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Agricultural Economics and worked in policy and operational leadership roles for two previous governors of Indiana. Bart remains active in the veteran community and was chosen as one of the "Top 40 Under 40 Veterans in Transition" as well as one of the inaugural scholars of the George W. Bush Presidential Center’s Veteran Leadership Program.

He enjoys spending time on his family farm in Indiana, traveling, mountain biking, and hiking with his wife and two sons.
